Description

I am organizing a free social running team that will meet every Saturday morning at 9am. Check out www.myspace.com/runninfools for more info. You can also send me an email at info@runninfools.com if you would like to receive a weekly email with the meeting locations. There is also a ChiRunning technical training group that meets Tuesday nights with Dr. Ellis. This team is $150 to join and includes entry into 3 competitive races and 2 workshops.
