San Diego Trail Runner's Club Kick-Off! What: Informational meeting about the formation of the San Diego Trail Running group. Group will be training for and competing in numerous trail races throughout the season of distances from 5K to Ultra-Marathon. Arrive early for sign-in. We will be doing a short 3 mile run through Navajo Canyon. Afterwards a short talk on proper running technique, running shoes vs. trail shoes and hydration�?�.plus a free breakfast!
