  • WHEN: Mondays from 7:00pm to 8:00pm May 4, 2009 to June 8, 2009 Note: No class May 25, 2009 due to Memorial Day WHERE: Wave House 3115 Ocean Front Walk San Diego, CA 92109 HOW MUCH: $85 per person EARLY BIRD SPECIAL: $75 per person (save $10) Discount available through April 13, 2009 DETAILS: This is a great water workout! Work on your strokes while increasing stamina without overheating or putting stress on the joints. This 5 week swim class, taught by a certified swim instructor, helps you to perfect various strokes while providing you with a cardio workout. Participants must be able to swim 40 yards each of the freestyle and backstroke.
