  • WHEN: Mondays from 8:30pm to 9:30pm August 3, 2009 to September 14, 2009 Note: No class September 7, 2009 due to Labor Day WHERE: Fit Athletic Club 350 10th Ave San Diego, CA 92101 HOW MUCH: $79 per person DETAILS: It's fun, it's hot- it's Cardio Strip Dance! VAVi's Cardio Strip Dance is the perfect combination of aerobic exercise and fun, sexy dance moves. Don't think you can do it? This class is intended for beginners who have never taken this type of class, fitness fanatics looking for a different workout, and dance lovers looking for some new moves. In this 6 week class, our instructor will teach you the basic body movements and provide a fun, comfortable, private atmosphere to shake your tail feathers! Each class builds on the previous so at the end of the six weeks, you will know a full on dance routine. You'll leave feeling and looking sexier than ever! Sorry fellas, ladies only and no nudity. REGISTRATION: Registration is done on a First Come, First Serve policy. There are no deadlines to sign up; however, as soon as this event reaches maximum capacity we will close off the registration.
